Plastic card printing requires a routine printer cleaning as cards can have high static charge which can attract dust and dirt. As such, card printers need to be maintained for performance reliability. Use Cleaning Rollers to safely and easily remove dirt and other contaminants from within the printer without costly outside assistance. Every card printer requires specific cleaning products to be used as preventive or corrective maintenance.
To help maintain optimum print quality, printer performance, and to maximise the printer’s life, it’s critical to clean the printer regularly and replace the provided adhesive cleaning roller on every ribbon change.
Cleaning Rollers are sold in packs of 10.
Recommended Cleaning: Every 1,000 prints with YMCKO or every 6-month.
