The most common steps for a first-time account set up

  • Account Profile - Your Account Profile contains the main contact details for your organization in your WhosOnLocation account and account level local date settings.
  • Add-On Management - Add-ons are free additional features in WhosOnLocation that give you more ways that you can manage your people presence. It is not required to use any Add-ons and you should only enable the Add-ons you are going to use. This will ensure that your account is streamlined in its use.
  • Activate sign in questions through Questionnaire Manager - Questionnaire Manager is where you manage the default questions you ask your visitors, employees, and service providers when they sign in/out.
  • Adding a Sign In/Out Kiosk - If you want to have people signing themselves in and out at your location, you will need to create Sign In/Out Kiosks. You can create as many Sign In/Out Kiosks in your location as you require for no additional cost.
  • Assign User Roles - if you have multiple employees and want to set their access to WhosOnLocation
  • Sign-in Visitor using Sign In/Out Manager - The Sign In/Out Manager is a feature which comes with all WhosOnLocation subscriptions. It enables manned reception or security guard teams to sign in/out visitors, contractors, and employees.
