SERVICE CHARGES - IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
All goods will need to be inspected by IDW prior to service
Faulty goods that are within warranty will be serviced at IDW premises free of charge, providing:
The goods are not deemed to have been damaged by the user
The goods are sent to ID Warehouse in appropriate packaging
If goods are out of warranty or the warranty is deemed void, an assessment for the service will be provided and freight will be charged
The cost of assessment for service of non-warranty goods will be charged at the standard service rate, if the job does not proceed
ID Warehouse is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging, please use original package where possible or suitable packaging with fragile stickers
ID Warehouse reserve the right to repack goods in suitable boxes and charge a $150 deposit, refundable on return
ID Warehouse will not be responsible for damage during transit in any direction and we recommend that the client has suitable insurance to cover transit
Call out fees are charged on an hourly basis for onsite service or support regardless of warranty status
Software support can be carried out over the phone or remotely using remote web technologies
