IDW Technologies is headquartered in a high security premises. Located in Castle Hill, NSW, our premises span over two offices and two warehouses. |

IDW Technologies appreciates and understands the strict requirements needed to run such an operation and as such has been working closely with the NSW Police - Fraud Squad to regulate the identification industry and take measures to ensure its own premises are free from inappropriate activity and conduct. |

IDW Technologies has implemented numerous security measures as part of our ‘Security Policy’ to ensure unauthorised personnel cannot gain entry or access to IDW Technologies premises, or any intellectual information without adequate authorisation. This has been achieved through the following security measures: |

CCTV monitors all critical points of entry to capture the arrival and departure of employees at the entrances of warehouse and offices. The live recording allows playback of any suspect incidents etc.

Access control system guarantees only authorised personnel can gain entry into the premises

Visitors wear special badging to identify them at a distance – namely a bright red lanyard displaying the word visitor in bold lettering

All IDW Technologies staff have been screened and have obtained police clearance. This is particularly relevant to the staff operating on the card production division.

IDW Technologies prides itself on a highly secure IT network: |
| |
- Windows logon security to access each PC listed in the Bureau.
- Each staff member is issued with a unique password which contains minimum pre requisites according to the Domain policy
- Additional security measures, are in place for the Bureau division. All computers and data servers operate behind a secure firewall to prevent access from anyone outside the bureau.
- A second security level is built into the card management application. Each logon identifier is unique and no access is given to those without authority.
- The data component (single file) also can not be accessed without specific authentication (in cases where attempted access directly to the data file occurs, without using the card management application) This enables a 3 tier response to security for our card production department.
- Our external links are protected by a SOHO firewall which is locked down for all 'non-secure ports' and all computers are fitted with updated Antivirus protection.
- Bureau servers employ RAID storage to ensure no loss off data in case of any hardware failure.
- Our data is backed up nightly and securely stored offsite as a heightened contingency measure.
- IT / Computer and bureau room is a secure department with locked doors to limit access to unauthorised personnel

No paper work is allowed to leave the premises as a risk measure against privacy concerns. All information is stored securely and where requested is destroyed under strict supervision. |

Cards are stored in locked compartments within the bureau department to ensure no-one unauthorised is allowed access. Spoilage cards are shredded and discarded to make sure they cannot be misused. |
